COMMISSIONS - OPENING IN FEBRUARY

Thank you for showing interest in my artwork!

 

To commission me, please send me an email to simajuart@gmail.com with the type of commission you’ve chosen (portrait, bust, 3/4 body), description of your character and if available, any reference pictures you might have, color schemes or anything you’d like to have included.

 

 

Please always consider the examples of my work before submitting.

What I will/will not draw:

- I will draw human/humanoid fantasy characters

- I will draw NSFW (only tasteful nudes, no pornographic acts)

- I will not draw photo realism, mechanical, animals, fursonas, gore, violence, political subjects, if you are unsure, send me an email and we will discuss.

Extra character +15€ (portraits) +15€ (bust) +20€ (3/4 body)
 

NSFW Pricing
- If you want only NSFW version the above pricing applies
- If you want both NSFW and SFW versions of the same painting (same character and pose) I charge +15€ (bust) or +20€ (3/4 body).

Please note your commission will never be made into prints nor sold on my shop.

 

With submitting a commission you are agreeing to the Terms of Service.

How the commissions work

- When you submit a commission to me, we will discuss what kind of artwork you’d like. I would ask you to please describe as much as you can to me and if available, provide reference pictures.

- After we agree on what type of commission you’d like. I will either accept and provide you with the final price and waiting time, or I will reject. I reserve a right to reject a commission.

- You can decide whether you agree with the price and waiting time. If you do, I will send you an invoice through Paypal.

- I will start the commission once I received the payment.

- I will provide you with a rough sketch and wait for your feedback. At this stage you may request a change and I will adjust to your liking.

- I will provide you with a final sketch and ask you to approve, before I start painting.

- From this point on, I won’t be able to change the painting in major ways (for example character pose or perspective of the drawing).

- I will provide you with Work In Progress shots, here you can request any minor changes (color or a small detail addition/removal)

- Once I am done with the painting you will receive a full HD version of the painting. As traditional art, digital art comes with a watermark too, please do not remove my watermark (It will be in the corner, not interfering with the painted subject, it will be smaller than the watermark I use for social media, please see the above picture for reference).

- I will post the WIP shots and progress of the painting on my social media and include them in my portfolio. Unless you ask me not to, that way the painting will not be shared on social media.

 

Please do:

- use the artwork for personal use

- credit me if you post the artwork on social media

 

Please don’t

- redistribute my artwork, or products with my artwork on them

- claim the art as your own

 

Payment

I only accept Paypal payments. When we agree on the price I will send you an invoice through Paypal. Please don’t send your payment before we agree on the commission.

 

Refunds

I don’t offer refunds once the sketching and painting has started. If for any reason I can not finish the commission, I will refund you the whole amount.
